Rose Sewers
To get your roses to grow you must share your blood with them.
In this game, you will use roses to fight. Pot them and feed them your blood to use their strength. Build your deck by defeating your ennemies, gather different types of seeds and a greater amount of blood. Will you be able to reach the top of the competition and win over the "Blood God" ?
CONTROLS:
Click with the mouse. You can press "TAB" to show the menu.
- Beetween 20 to 40 minutes of playtime (story mode)
- Multiples bosses with unique animations
- An endless mode for thoses who wants more!
- A save system (but since we are making a lots of differents tweaks, it's recommanded to play the downloable version to keep your save file)

VERY COOL LITTLE GAME!!! absolutely ADORE it. the characters are silly, the flowers are silly, the environment is DELICIOUS. love love love the idea of using your own health bar as your card price!!! 10/10 keep up the good work :)
um.. so im playing in the browser, and either im doing something wrong, or it's a bug, but the heart effect just doesn't trigger on the final boss? i play the match like normal and ultimately die bc he's op lol
(and i do pick the heart, of course, so idk what's wrong here)

A game worth my time! I've played games similar like buckshot roulette, but this has its own originality to it. The mechanics are easy to understand, the environment feels right. If Rose Sewers get's a future update I'll definitely be making a return!

I really enjoyed playing through this!! The style is a wonderful mix of creepy, cute, and beautiful. I love the gameplay loop and how it isn't just "hit hard and fast and you'll be able to win".

Wow fantastic game! Normally I wait to write these once I have uploaded the video of me playing it, but since that won't be for a few days just wanted to come on here and give you support! spoilers: I would love to see an update with a harder final boss, was a little sad the end was so easy. Everything else was superb!
I’m SO sorry! I was debbugging the game and I unfortunatly published the version I made for debbugging purposes where I forgot to reset the final boss!
Look at the other comments and playthorughs, you’ll see that the boss should NOT be easy and actually pretty hard.. oupsy!

This game gave me the thrilling sensation of playing Inscription or Undertale. The quality is top-notch. I’d love to reach that level of game development as well. 🎮✨

I really enjoyed playing your game! It was pretty fun trying to figure out which combination of cards worked the best, and the characters were quite funny! It took me a good while, but I beat the BloodGod! I used a weird strategy, but it worked and I won my freedom! Awesome job!

Sorry I think I'm just a bit slow in realizing certain things. I kept expecting “the heart of the machine” to be a card that would pop up, but I should have understood that it wasn't right away. It took me a while lol! XD
Was the "win' screen something different that I didn't get to see or experience? That way if it was I can replay it! :D
The boss was a bit tough, but I kept thinking I had to run out their cards to win. Maybe I was pushing too hard to win, draining my blood faster? You could always make it tougher and have it be like a secret final final boss!
The kind flower was just being extra kind to the enemy too! XD

We fixed it, but there should be a very simple “Thanks for playing” screen at the end of the boss, telling you to go back play endless if you want. We also added a new dialogue in the boss’s speach to helps with the “you need to survive X turns”. Once the jam submission period ends, we’ll go to fix some spelling mistakes in the dialogues and re-balance the game
This game is pretty fun. I didn't get to beat BloodGod tho. Maybe there is a catch lol
If you want a hint: you need to take “the heart of the machine”, and then you beat him by surviving a certain number of turns, until the heart activate! I think it’s 7 in the code, but there could be an offset of one.

Indeed! And (as a bonus) you need 5 HP for you to attack during the animation… But I’m on my way to correct that!

Nice game reminds me of buckshot roulette wish there was an exe version of this game it feels like it could be better if it had an exe version instead of html because with html there is a chance that the page or html may not load that happened to me a few times until i was lucky and manage to play this wonderful little gem.
